Puspa is the Partner Relations Manager for Arizona State University in Indonesia. Her most recent experience includes leading partner cultivation and relationship management with government, private sector and university counterparts for the USAID Higher Education Partnership Initiative (HEPI), a collaboration between Arizona State University (ASU), USAID, and the Government of Indonesia to establish sustainable partnerships and higher education pathways in STEM. Puspa dedicates her skills to nurturing and managing relationships with partners, ensuring positive interactions, resolving challenges, and promoting cooperation to achieve mutual goals. Before joining ASU, Puspa was a Marketing Strategy Manager at Dompet Aman Indonesia, a loyalty syariah platform, and a Senior Business Development Executive at Inspigo.id, a skill development platform. Through her professional roles, Puspa has obtained extensive experience in approaching and acquiring new partners and clients, developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, and organizing in-person and virtual events and activities.
Puspa received a bachelor's degree in social work from Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD), gaining valuable skills in project planning, collaborative/innovative problem-solving, and conflict management. A lifelong learner, Puspa enjoys expanding her network and contributing to social and educational causes.
