Sarah Allender is the Director of Alumni Engagement responsible for building community and inclusive, lasting relationships among the diverse stakeholders of W. P. Carey. Her passion lies in connecting and engaging with graduates—locally and globally, creating a strong, thriving alumni network that reflects the excellence of W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU.
Prior to ASU, Sarah worked at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business in Alumni Engagement, Development and External Relations. Her areas of expertise include alumni engagement, donor stewardship and recognition, event management and production, program development, project management, and board relations.
Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Sarah often enjoyed outdoor adventures with her friends, family and fur babies. Today, she enjoys staying active through pickleball, exploring new destinations around the world, savoring diverse cuisines, and immersing herself in live entertainment, be it comedy shows, sporting events, or concerts. Sarah is a mother to a proud Sun Devil and ASU Law School grad and is excited to be an integral part of the ASU community.
