Jongseon Kim is a PhD student at Arizona State University specializing in school-based physical activity and physical education research. His work focuses on Comprehensive School Physical Activity Programs (CSPAP), peer-led recess interventions, and how school physical activity opportunities relate to student outcomes. Grounded in a whole-of-school framework, he combines advanced quantitative methods with field-based intervention design. Jongseon works closely with K–12 partners, prioritizing rigorous measurement, implementation fidelity, and practical impact. His goal is to support sustainable school health practices that strengthen students’ flourishing.
