Ebuka Okoli is an Instructor of Record and a doctoral student at the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication, Arizona State University. As an instructor, he teaches organizational and intercultural communication. As a researcher, he studies how people experience AI in the workplace: what it feels like to be screened by AI tools, interviewed by a bot, or expected to collaborate and communicate with an AI tool at work. Ebuka brings a grounded, human lens to questions that matter beyond academia: who benefits when AI enters organizations and what ethical implications are involved?
