Ebuka Okoli is an Instructor of Record and a doctoral student at the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication, Arizona State University. With expertise in training, organizational, and cross-cultural communication, his work focuses on implementing ethical Artificial Intelligence (AI) communication practices within organizations. His research investigates how organizations strategically adopt emerging communication technologies, manage change, and cultivate effective cross-cultural communication to enhance overall organizational performance.
