Caroline Hall serves as the Associate Director of Instructional Innovation for The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University. In this role, she supports initiatives focused on course design, student success, instructional innovation, and faculty collaboration to enhance the learning experience for students.
Caroline brings more than 20 years of experience in education spanning K–12 teaching, instructional design, curriculum development, academic leadership, and higher education administration. Before joining The College, she worked in ASU's School of Life Sciences, where she focused on curriculum and learning outcomes assessment. Her work frequently centers on course improvement initiatives, assessment alignment, faculty collaboration, and strategies that support student success.
She holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership and a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology. Caroline is passionate about creating learning environments that are engaging, equitable, and student-centered while also building strong collaborative relationships across teams.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and tackling creative home and backyard design projects. She also shares her home with several beloved pets who are very much considered part of the family.
