Niki Li is a Senior Program Coordinator at Arizona State University’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, with over a decade of experience in international education, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. She plays a key role in the development and delivery of customized engineering programs that serve corporate and government partners across global markets.
At ASU, Niki supports the execution of high-impact training initiatives, helping coordinate logistics, streamline processes, and enhance the participant experience for programs that have reached over 400 learners across multiple countries. She brings a project management mindset to her work—automating workflows, managing communications, and mentoring student workers to improve efficiency and consistency. Known for her strong interpersonal skills, she collaborates with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with program goals.
Before joining ASU, Niki held operations and project manager roles in China, Singapore, and Hong Kong, where she managed events, supported cross-functional teams, and strengthened community engagement.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business English and continues to build her professional expertise through targeted training and certifications. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Niki brings cultural fluency, adaptability, and a people-centered approach to every project.
