Suyash Malepati is a dedicated and highly motivated first-year Biomedical Science student at Arizona State University (ASU), based at the Tempe Campus. Originally from Bengaluru, India, Suyash brings a strong background of hard work and resilience, shaped by his early experiences as a state-level badminton player in the under-13 category in India. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Suyash has a keen interest in the medical field and is passionate about acquiring the skills necessary for research in biological sciences.
Suyash graduated from Deeksha CFL PU College in India, where he developed a deep interest in the medical sciences. His academic journey has been further enhanced by a series of certifications, including First Aid and CPR Training, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing. Suyash has also gained hands-on experience through job shadowing, where he observed the work of a general physician and applied basic first aid skills. Additionally, he excelled in Chemistry and Biology lab work, scoring a perfect in his Grade 12 practical exams.
In terms of soft skills, Suyash is a strong communicator with excellent teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability skills. He is fluent in multiple languages and has a passion for community involvement, evident through his voluntary work at ASU, and a volunteer at the Sri Venkata Krishna Kshetra Temple in Arizona.
Suyash is determined to pursue a career in the biomedical field and is eager to contribute to the scientific community through research and hands-on experience. He is currently seeking an on-campus job to further develop his practical skills and gain valuable professional experience in his field.
