Chanyeop Park is an associate professor in the School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering where he continues his pioneering research on high-voltage power semiconductor packaging. His work focuses on addressing the challenges that arise with the advancement of power semiconductors. By exploring innovative concepts and approaches using electric field-emitting electrets, Park seeks to develop groundbreaking solutions that enhance the performance and reliability of power semiconductor technologies.
