Long Bio

Cole Joslyn is an assistant professor in The Polytechnic School. His current research explores sense of belonging in engineering education and the integration of cultural, community, racial or ethnic values into educational success strategies. He is a qualitative researcher, steeped in various methods, such as participatory methods, case study and autoethnography, which he combines with an overarching methodology of action research.
