Jun Shen joined the faculty in 1996 after six years of experience with Motorola's Phoenix Corporate Research Labs. He is the inventor or co-inventor of 31 issued U.S. patents and won Motorola's Distinguished Innovator Award. He has published widely in the fields of semiconductor physics and devices.
