Dustin Young

Dustin has lived the life of a T-Bird since graduating in 1993.  He’s held a variety of positions within corporate and start-up environments over a 35-year career.  Dustin got his start in Consumer Products, managing brands for Kellogg in the US, Brazil, and Argentina.  He then pivoted to telecommunications and launched one of the first high-speed internet services for Comcast.

In 2000 Dustin became an entrepreneur and co-founded a software company that built applications for large retailers.  This business sold an Atlanta-based payments company.  Dustin then co-founded a mobile payments business, which still provides ordering and payment applications to the hospitality industry. 

After two more start-up ventures, Dustin went back to the corporate world as an SVP for Visa.  He managed relationships with large acquiring banks in Visa’s five global regions.  Dustin is now “semi-retired” and focused only on high-impact projects and giving back.  He is passionate about sharing the many, pragmatic business lessons he’s learned over the years – both from successes and, as importantly, from challenges.
