Timothy Jordan

Timothy Jordan is a Faculty Associate in the Department of Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in supply chain management, logistics, operations, and related areas, including SCM 541. He has more than eight years of university teaching experience across Arizona State University, the University of Auckland, Drexel University, and the University of Pittsburgh. 

Tim brings more than 25 years of industry experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, customer service, and technology-enabled business transformation. His industry experience includes leading large-scale supply chain digitisation, transportation and routing technology implementations, demand forecasting, procurement initiatives, and process improvement programmes. He has held senior supply chain and logistics leadership positions with organisations including WillScot, AmeriGas, and Armada Supply Chain Solutions. 

Tim is also a Professional Teaching Fellow at the University of Auckland and an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University. He is completing a PhD in Management and International Business at the University of Auckland, where his research examines digital capability development in family firms. His teaching approach connects academic concepts and analytical tools with real organisational problems, helping students develop the managerial judgement needed to make effective supply chain and operations decisions.
