Dr. Craig Draper
Dr. Craig Draper, hailing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, distinguished himself academically and athletically at Baldwin High School. His early passion for both intellectual rigor and competitive sports led him to excel in hockey, playing throughout high school and college, before transitioning to coaching at esteemed institutions, including Robert Morris University, Slippery Rock University, and the Community College of Allegheny County. Dr. Draper’s academic foundation is anchored by his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, where he dual-majored in Marketing and Finance. His insatiable curiosity and commitment to understanding the human condition later culminated in a PhD in Psychology, allowing him to explore the nuances of behavioral science, cognition, and motivation.
Dr. Draper's professional trajectory is marked by meteoric success. After completing his academic studies, he joined LA|Fitness, where his exceptional leadership and strategic insight propelled him to become the youngest Vice President in the company’s history, overseeing operations across North America. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and an intrinsic desire to foster collaboration and personal growth, Dr. Draper co-founded Breakout Games, a revolutionary escape room enterprise.
