With more than a decade of professional experience, Sara Villalobos has built a versatile background in program coordination, communications, and organizational support across higher education, professional services, and nonprofit sectors. She is recognized for designing and implementing effective systems and for approaching challenges with a balance of creativity and practicality. Throughout her career, Sara has demonstrated the ability to adapt to new environments, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and keep broader organizational priorities in focus. These skills allow her to support both the immediate needs of the programs she manages and the long-term vision of the institutions she serves.
Sara earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from Northern Arizona University, where she cultivated a creative mindset and problem-solving skills. She now brings that foundation to her role as Program Manager of the Certified Public ManagerĀ® program at Bob Ramsey Executive Education and the Center for Government Education and Innovation within the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University, where she is dedicated to the mission of strengthening the effectiveness of public service leaders and organizations.
