With over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, I am a forensic science and law enforcement specialist currently working as a Contracted Policy Analyst, writing LE Operational Policy at the US Army Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG). I hold an active Top-Secret Security Clearance (TS-SCI) and two master's degrees, in organizational leadership and forensic science. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Public Policy with an emphasis in Social Policy.
My core competencies include law enforcement administration and policy, investigative methodologies, forensic science applications, legal and evidentiary procedures, courtroom protocols, and interpersonal skills. I have a distinguished record of solving complex and sensitive cases, applying forensic science techniques, and collaborating with international partners. I also have a passion for teaching and mentoring and have served as a faculty lecturer and a field training officer. My mission is to uphold justice, protect the Army community, and mentor future law enforcement professionals.
