My name is OC Scott III, and I am a Staff Sergeant (SSG) in the United States Army with over 11 years of service. Throughout my military career, I have developed strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, serving as a mentor and guide to soldiers in diverse and demanding environments. My time in the Army has taught me the importance of adaptability, teamwork, and mission-focused execution—skills that I am eager to apply in new professional opportunities.
I hold a Master of Science in Natural Resources from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from American Public University, where I gained a solid foundation in environmental systems, project management, and sustainable practices. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Arizona State University, broadening my expertise in strategic planning, business operations, and leadership development.
While my academic background includes a strong focus on environmental science and natural resource management, my professional interests extend beyond this field. I am passionate about solving complex problems and improving organizational processes, whether that’s through consulting, project management, or working with companies to implement innovative solutions. My experiences have equipped me to tackle a variety of challenges, from managing large teams to developing strategies for organizational growth and sustainability.
I have a deep interest in contributing to projects that balance environmental stewardship, economic growth, and community engagement. Whether through environmental consulting, business operations, or cross-disciplinary projects, I strive to bring strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration to every initiative. My ultimate goal is to drive impactful results for organizations while making a meaningful contribution to their mission and objectives.
I am eager to take on new challenges and work with forward-thinking organizations or projects, leveraging my leadership, education, and diverse experiences to make a lasting impact in whatever role I take on.
