Pragya Sharma is a Ph.D. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Arizona State University, advised by Dr. Krishnendu Chakrabarty. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mercer University. Her research focuses on AI-hardware co-design, model optimization for accelerators, Edge AI deployment, and multimodal learning. Pragya also brings diverse industry and research lab experience, including roles at RAND, Boeing, Cisco, Georgia Tech Research Institute, and the Mercer Engineering Research Center. She enjoys working at the intersection of hardware and machine learning, with a focus on building efficient, scalable, and real-world deployable AI systems.
