Dr. Heath Landress is a 23-year Navy Veteran with a background in career counseling, human resource management, and leadership. He also has extensive experience in the Human Services field. Dr. Landress graduated from Walden University with a Doctor of Human Services degree, concentrating in Leadership and Program Evaluation. In addition, he received his master’s degree in organizational leadership from UMASS Global. His passion for Organizational Change Management has led him to create a tailored program evaluation methodology to assist small businesses in continuing to thrive and excel in their current mission and vision, aligning with the motto “People first, mission second.”
