Dr. Heath Landress is a 23-year Navy Veteran with a background in career counseling, human resource management, and leadership. He also has abundant experience in Human Services. Dr. Landress graduated from Walden University with a Doctorate in Human Services with a concentration in Leadership and Program Evaluation. In addition, he received his master’s degree in organizational leadership from UMASS Global. His passion for Organizational Change Management has led him to create a tailored program evaluation methodology to assist small businesses continue to thrive and excel in their current mission and vision aligning with the moto “People first, mission second”
