Ashley Ramirez, M.A.T., BCBA, LBA
Ashley Ramirez earned a Master of Arts in Teaching with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona. She also holds a certification as an Organizational Behavior Management Specialist from Florida Tech University.

With over 15 years of experience in child development and 13 years specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Ashley has worked extensively with individuals aged 18 months to 26 years in educational, clinical, home-based, and community settings. As a mother of three boys, two of whom are on the autism spectrum, she brings both professional expertise and a deeply personal understanding of the challenges and triumphs of supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families.

Ashley’s professional contributions include implementing a prior authorization and utilization management review process for ABA treatment requests that align with industry standards. She has also served as an instructor at San Joaquin County Teachers College, teaching courses on Autism Spectrum Disorders, Behavior Interventions, Evidence-Based Practices, Communication, and IEP Best Practices.

Currently, Ashley manages a behavioral health integrated care team that applies clinical evidence-based standards and medical necessity criteria to promote quality care and effective outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. She is an active member of her organization’s DEI Leadership Council, where she spearheads internal education and outreach initiatives and is working to establish the company’s first all-abilities affinity group to foster an inclusive workplace.
