Michael Bond PhD is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Finance, W. P. Carey School of Business, The Arizona State University. He has bachelors, masters and PhD degrees in Economics from Case Western Reserve University. He has taught numerous finance course topics and is the recipient of numerous teaching awards. He is the author of over eighty journal publications and academic conference presentations as well twenty research grants. He has consulted in over 150 legal cases as well as numerous business and investment issues. He is the founder and treasurer of the National Business & Economics Society and is a research advisor at numerous state and national think tanks. He is considered the intellectual architect of Florida’s market- based Medicaid Reform and was instrumental in the creation of Florida’s health insurance exchange.
