Long Bio
David Ho is a climate scientist and marine biogeochemist whose research focuses on air-sea gas exchange, the ocean carbon cycle, and marine carbon dioxide removal (mCDR). He is a Professor of Oceanography at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, a Science Advisor at Carbon Direct, Inc., an end-to-end carbon management company, a member of the US OCB’s Ocean-Atmosphere Interaction Subcommittee, and a member of the Scientific Steering Group of the World Climate Research Programme’s Lighthouse Activity on Climate Intervention Research.
