Anahi Godinez serves as Director of Workforce Partnerships for CareerCatalyst where she works closely with employers to address their talent development goals through innovative workforce education solutions. An advocate for education, equity, and inclusion, Anahi’s career spans across the private and public sectors in operations, strategy and cross-sector partnership development.
Prior to joining ASU, Anahi served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. In this role, she led partnership initiatives across the organization’s strategic pillars including workforce development, entrepreneurship, global trade, and business advocacy. She is particularly proud to have been a part of the leadership team responsible for launching the Chamber’s new vision of A Thriving Regional for All, which focused on the importance of building a resilient and inclusive regional economy.
As a non-profit sector leader, Anahi led program and partnership development strategies with an emphasis on college access with the Be A Leader Foundation in Arizona. In 2013, she joined the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) where she led the cultivation and stewardship of a national portfolio of strategic partnerships and advisory councils, as well as oversaw strategy and operations for the organization's portfolio of student and family programs.
Earlier in her career, Anahi served as Talent Acquisition Specialist with Arizona Public Service (APS), Arizona’s largest energy provider. There, she spearheaded initiatives that diversified the organization’s internship program and early talent workforce through the power of partnerships and effective programming.
