Dr. Jose M. Rosa is a learning scientist, professional musician, educator, and DEI advocate who specializes in Applied Learning Science, Music Education, and the Neuroscience of Learning. His research explores cognitive development, motivation, and culturally responsive teaching with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
He examines self-determination theory, curriculum reform, music education, and global education, and he works to create equitable, inclusive learning environments.
