Long Bio
John brings the perspectives of a four decade career in business and academics to his teaching. At publicly-held MGC Communications, he was responsible for all aspects of telephone service delivery including engineering, operations, and customer service. He founded and led Adapt Courseware, a $15M venture funded educational technology start-up. At DataRobot, John led customer training, executive education, and business school support for the company's proprietary AI and machine learning platform. He consults in both mature and emerging industries on AI adoption, customer training, and data analytics.
John holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. in General Management from Golden Gate University.
