School of Global Management
Pursuing a Master of Leadership and Management at Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management, focusing on AI, analytics, and financial technologies to bridge the gap between emerging innovations and practical energy solutions.
My goal is to integrate technology, policy, and engineering to drive meaningful change, optimize efficiency, and create solutions that benefit customers, communities, and the environment.
I recently joined Xcel Energy as a Senior Energy Efficiency Engineer with the Mass Market Engineering and Analytics team, where we guide the technical approach for residential energy programs such as demand-side management, beneficial electrification, and distributed energy resources.
Previously, as a Technical Project Officer with the U.S. Department of Energy, I managed over $50 million in awards for state, local, and tribal projects through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. My journey began as a Fellow in the DOE’s Building Technologies Office, and my diverse experience in energy engineering, business development, and project management continues to shape my approach today.
I'm passionate about advancing clean energy solutions and solving complex challenges through strategic thinking, innovative technologies, and data-driven decision-making. My career spans the public and private sectors, including international projects, giving me a broad perspective on how to deliver impact at scale.
