With over 16 years of proven experience in healthcare operations, I have built a career dedicated to improving patient care, strengthening teams, and streamlining organizational processes. Currently serving as a Health Center Manager at Premise Health, I oversee multi-site clinic operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and patient engagement initiatives. My leadership has resulted in increased clinic utilization, stronger provider performance, and enhanced operational efficiency.
Throughout my career, I have held key roles in both clinical and administrative settings, including positions within hospital systems, outpatient services, and occupational health programs. I am recognized for my collaborative leadership style, transparent communication, and ability to navigate complex challenges with strategic solutions.
In addition to my professional experience, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. This academic journey is strengthening my expertise in organizational behavior, talent development, and employee relations—skills I plan to integrate into my leadership approach. My goal is to operate as a servant leader, fostering environments where both employees and organizations thrive.
