He is currently pursuing his Master of Education at Arizona State University, focusing on Environmental Education and Sustainability Systems, while simultaneously serving his community as a middle school science teacher with Teach For America.
Before arriving in United States, Zain operated at the intersection of science and government policy. He served the Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination in Pakistan, where he supported the National Climate Finance Strategy and collaborated with the UNDP and World Bank on disaster risk mechanisms. A recognized voice in global climate advocacy, he has been representing Pakistan at the United Nations Climate Conferences globally.
A natural community builder, Zain is the Co-Founder of EcoRevival Pakistan, a non-profit organization mobilizing youth for environmental conservation through plantation, cleaning, educational and awareness campaigns.
