Justin Moser, MD is a Medical Oncologist and leading expert in Melanoma and other Cutaneous Malignancies, with a particular interest in uveal melanoma, a rare and aggressive form of melanoma for which there are limited treatment options and poor prognosis.
Dr. Moser is an Associate Clinical Investigator at HonorHealth Research Institue and an Associate Research Professor at Arizona State University School of Medicine and Advanced Medical Engineering (SOMME). At HonorHealth Research Institute, he leads the Melanoma and Skin Cancer program, which he has grown into the preeminent Melanoma Program in the Southwest since its inception in 2019.
Alongside the Melanoma program, Dr. Moser also leads the Solid Tumor Cellular Therapy program at HonorHealth Research Insitute which currently houses one of the nation's highest volume Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL) programs as well as multiple clinical trials of new cellular therapies for patients with refractory malignancies.
Dr. Moser graduated Summa Cum Laude from Morning University in Sioux City, IA with a B.A. in Chemistry. He also was a graduate of the Leadership Academy from Morningside University. After completing his medical degree, with distinctions in both research and teaching, at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, IA, he completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He subsequently completed a Hematology and Oncology fellowship at the Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah during which he completed a visiting fellow program at the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program at the National Cancer Institute. After fellowship he completed an additional two years of training as a Drug Development Scholar at HonorHealth Research Institute in Scottsdale, AZ, where he gained expertise in drug development and clinical trials.

Dr. Moser is a member of the Phase 1 program at HonorHealth Research Institute and is a leader for the immunotherapeutics, cellular therapies, and melanoma clinical trials programs.
As part of the HonorHealth Research Institute Center for Translational Science, Dr. Moser collaborates with the translational lab to discover and develop new cancer treatments for patients with uveal melanoma.
