Priya Radhakrishnan
Dr. Radhakrishnan serves as the vice dean for clinical affairs and graduate medical education and Professor of Medicine at ASU’s John Shufeldt School of Medicine and Medical Engineering. She is also the chief academic officer, vice president at HonorHealth the primary clinical affiliate of ASU’s John Shufeldt School of Medicine and Medical Engineering. She is a practicing internal medicine physician with an interest in treating patients with chronic complex illness. She also runs the HonorHealth Academic Affairs Global Health program.
She is a physician leader with extensive medical education experience; whose philosophy centers on integrating the needs of learners, patients, and community. Her research focuses on Health Equity: she is the principal investigator for PCORI Health Systems Implementation Initiative at HonorHealth.
Dr. Radhakrishnan has held several leadership positions; she is a current member of the Board of Regents for the American College of Physicians. She has received numerous awards, including AAMC Samueli Curricula Innovation Award for the Opioid Stewardship, the AIAMC Innovation Award for Research, Quality Improvement & Patient Safety, ArMA Wallace A. Reed, MD Award for recognition for innovation in healthcare.
