Kevin Omell brings over 25 years of experience in the sports industry to Arizona State University. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
He began his legal career as a law clerk for Chief Judge Dorothy Robinson of the Cobb County Superior Court in Marietta, Georgia before moving full-time into athlete representation. Kevin spent more than two decades working as an NFL agent. For the last several years, he has expanded his work as a consultant, advising Major League Baseball coaches on business development, marketing and philanthropic initiatives. In addition, prior to joining ASU, he served as an adjunct professor of Sports Law and Entertainment at The Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University.
Outside of his professional life, he enjoys devoting a significant amount of his time as a volunteer for The Make-a-Wish Foundation of Arizona and is a member of The Wishmakers Council.
