Amira is an educator and leader dedicated to transforming instructional spaces through relationships, collaboration, and data-driven practice. With experience spanning classrooms and school leadership across Delaware, Philadelphia, and Camden, she has supported educators in designing rigorous, culturally responsive instruction that drives measurable student growth.
In her previous role, Amira led literacy initiatives that improved student outcomes tremendously within a single quarter and raised ELA proficiency across grades 3–4 by 16%. Her work focuses on building adult capacity, empowering educators, strengthening team dynamics, and creating systems that sustain equitable, high-quality instruction. Grounded in empathy and connection, Amira believes lasting change happens when educators feel seen, supported, and aligned around a shared vision for student success.
