At ASU, Sarah is passionate about supporting students in cultivating mindfulness, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of wellbeing, empowering them to lead with empathy, presence, and purpose in both their personal and professional lives.
A transplant from the Appalachian Mountains of western Pennsylvania, Sarah is an avid traveler who plans her adventures around the National Park System and enjoys hiking, skiing, and exploring the outdoors. She is also a proud dog mom, dedicated foodie, and the self-proclaimed world’s best aunt.
