Pilar Quintana-Williams is a merchandising executive, educator, and mentor born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. With over two decades of experience in retail, e-commerce, and product development, she has led transformative growth strategies as Vice President of Merchandising at Yandy and now serves as a Faculty Associate Professor at ASU FIDM, teaching data-driven merchandising and leadership. Married with two young boys, Pilar loves spending time with her family, laughing, exploring new foods, and dancing.
