Liz joined ASU as an Academic Success Advisor, Sr. in September 2025. Liz started her career in higher education in 2012 and has worked in various roles supporting faculty, coordinating events and programs, and supervising and advising students. Most recently, Liz was the Assistant Director of Academic and Learning Initiatives in the School of General Studies at Columbia University. Liz earned her BA in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Business from the University of Arizona and an MA degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
