Talia Panadero is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Arizona State University. She earned her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from UCLA.
Her research focuses on prevention science, social and structural determinants of health, and interventions for populations affected by adversity. Prior to ASU, she conducted research at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System examining homelessness and supportive housing, substance use and treatment, health disparities, stigma and discrimination, and access to health services among Veterans.
At ASU, her work focuses on family-based prevention, parenting, and behavioral health among children and adolescents. She is particularly interested in how social and structural factors shape families’ engagement with and response to preventive interventions, with the goal of supporting more equitable and culturally responsive programs.
