Amaury Saunders joined Arizona State University as an HVAC Technician and has progressed into his current role as an HVAC Assistant Supervisor supporting Facilities Management operations. In this role, he assists with coordinating HVAC maintenance activities, supporting technicians, improving preventative maintenance practices, and promoting safe and reliable building operations across campus.
Saunders brings experience in HVAC systems, mechanical maintenance, and facilities operations, with a focus on teamwork, continuous improvement, and providing quality service to the university community. His background includes supporting large-scale mechanical systems, troubleshooting building equipment, and contributing to the reliability and efficiency of campus facilities.
Saunders is committed to growing within the facilities profession while continuing to develop leadership skills, strengthen maintenance programs, and support the teams responsible for maintaining ASU’s infrastructure.
