Andrea is Assistant Director of Communications for Student Success Innovations in the Office of the University Provost and develops personalized student communication experiences through digital channels including an AI chatbot and the ASU mobile app. Andrea produces timely and relevant email, SMS, social media, articles, webpages and training to support student retention. Andrea utilizes her Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University to provide strategies in creating, scheduling, and measuring campaigns, analyzing campaign effectiveness.
Andrea has a decade of experience in mixed media, from newsrooms to digital marketing strategies. She has worked in television, radio and print as a news writer and desktop publisher. Andrea is a Sun Devil for life and has worked at Arizona State University in various capacities for over 10 years.
