Tracy career in education spanned twenty years at Balsz Elementary School in the Balsz District. She taught grades 3-6. She holds an ESL endorsement and was a Structure English Emersion teacher for 5th grade. She was trained to be a Teacher Leader at Balsz, and she supported new teachers as a coach. In 2004, Tracy became an Adjunct Instructor for Arizona State University and remained an instructor until 2013. At that time, she was hired to the position of Site Lead in the MLFTC, where she coaches and supports student teachers in their senior year residency.
Tracy is the author of the children's book New Beginnings, published by Richard C. Owen Publishers-NewYork. Her hobbies include reading historical biographies and writing for children and young adults.
