the Filardo Group specializing in providing collaborative
leadership. Formerly the Chief of
Staff and Associate Dean for the Ira A. Fulton Schools of
Engineering at Arizona State University, he now serves as Senior
Consultant, Six Sigma Champion and Faculty Associate at
ASU.

">A graduate of the University of
San Francisco with a BS in Organizational Behavior, Mr. Filardo
obtained his Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
from Webster University at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona. He is a graduate of the Stanford
Executive Program, a certified instructional development
specialist in criterion referenced instruction, and a
professional coach certified by the College of Executive Coaching.

">Mr. Filardo began his career as
an electrical engineer for TRW and transitioned to management,
providing coaching and leadership consulting to middle and high
level leaders in the corporate sector for decades. Prior to joining ASU, he was the director
of Motorola University for the western and pacific coast regions
of the United States. Mr. Filardo
managed multiple corporate businesses around the world and
deployed Six Sigma and various continuous improvement processes
globally in China, Southeast Asia and the United States. While at Motorola, he was an
award-winning executive coach, trainer and quality advocate, and
a member of the team receiving the highest quality award during
his tenure. Throughout his corporate
career, he led multi-million dollar organizations in
manufacturing, sales, field engineering, customer service, and education.
