Christopher Wharton is a professor of nutrition at ASU's College of Health Solutions. He has studied dietary patterns and food decisions among individuals and households for nearly two decades, from the micro- to macro-levels. His current research interests include consumer and household food waste reduction, plant-forward diets, and food systems issues that affect health and sustainability simultaneously.
