In my role as a Project Manager for University Design Institute (UDI) Global Operations at Arizona State University, I work closely with Dr. Minu Ipe, Vice Chair and Managing Director to advance UDI’s global initiatives and operational priorities. I lead communications with global partners, ASU faculty, and staff, and manage high-level meetings that support UDI’s mission to reimagine the future of higher education worldwide.
UDI provides co-design services, programs, resources, and learning products to enhance higher education globally. Through a design-based approach, UDI empowers leaders, faculty, and students to create innovative solutions and transformative outcomes in higher education. Our unique Reimagine, Redesign, and Rebuild methodology drives institutional change and systemic transformation. I collaborate with UDI staff to enhance operational processes, strategically plan projects, track milestones, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
In addition to my work at UDI, I co-founded Administrative Professionals at ASU in January 2025—a university-wide network of over 360+ members. This community was established to strengthen connections, foster professional development, and elevate the contributions of administrative professionals across the university.
