In my role as Project Manager for Global Operations at the University Design Institute (UDI) at Arizona State University, I partner closely with Dr. Minu Ipe, Vice Chair and Managing Director to advance UDI’s global presence and priorities. I lead communications with international partners, ASU leadership, faculty, and staff, for the planning and execution of executive engagements that further UDI’s mission to reimagine the future of higher education worldwide.
UDI delivers co-design services, strategic programs, and learning products that strengthen institutions globally. Through a human-centered, design-based approach, we equip leaders, faculty, and students to generate innovative solutions and drive measurable, transformative outcomes. Our signature Reimagine, Redesign, and Rebuild methodology accelerates institutional evolution and systemic change. Within this environment, I collaborate across teams to align stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
In addition to my work at UDI, I co-founded Administrative Professionals at ASU in January 2025—a university-wide network of over 400+ members. This community was established to strengthen connections, foster professional development, and elevate the contributions of administrative professionals across the university. I also contribute to institutional culture and recognition efforts through volunteering with the SUNAwards Taskforce and the SUNlite Coaching Program.
