Patrick Panetta, FAIA is a Senior Director in the University City Exchange office at Arizona State University involved in design, planning and real estate development activities at the University, including project management, master planning, pre-project programming, and cultivating public and private partnerships. He has been intimately involved in the acquisition and development of the ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus. In addition, he has also leased and set up multiple out-of-state University offices in Washington, DC and Southern California.
He is Past-President of both the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Phoenix-Metro and Arizona chapters, served on the AIA National Strategic Council, and served on the AIA National Board of Directors as its 2018-2019 AIA Treasurer.
