Lauren Brown joined the ASU Foundation in May 2016 where serves as Chief Operating Officer providing oversight of strategic business planning and leading all central operations and development services. Her work advances the design and integration of organization-wide processes to ensure alignment and increased operational efficiency.
Prior to stepping into her current role, Brown served as Chief of Staff and Vice President for Development Services. Before joining the Foundation, she worked in healthcare and nonprofit organizations in the Valley. She received her bachelor’s degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication and her master’s degree in nonprofit leadership and management from the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions at ASU.
