Long Bio
Rick Lopez is a corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions attorney in Arizona. As an attorney, Rick works with companies at every stage, regularly advising entrepreneurs at the formation stage, during the life of their companies, and through to an exit.
Rick works with clients to structure new ventures, finance growth through multiple rounds of financing, including investments by family and friends, seed financing, angel investment, and venture capital finance, draft and negotiate business contracts, and protect intellectual property. Rick also advises buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions.
