Frank has been serving postsecondary students with all phases of their education since 2003. As an instructor, advisor, and leader of academic staff at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, Frank has enjoyed working with students as they work towards their educational goals along with mentoring and developing a strong team to support these students.
He retired from the Phoenix Police Department (PPD) in 2003 after serving the city for 20 years. He worked in several areas within law enforcement but specialized in long-term, complex investigations that focused on major drug operations and organized crime with PPD and the DEA. He is highly trained in dignitary protection and special events safety and security. In addition, he was an instructor at the police academy with new recruits as well as veteran officers in the area of tactical training.
