Patricia Feldman is the Senior Advisor to the Dean and CEO of EdPlus at ASU for Employee Engagement and Culture Transformation where she works to create a culture that catalyzes innovation. She advances working environment attributes that include promoting capacity-building, communication, well-being, community, team-building and recognition. Patricia curates an environment where world-class performance and a clear understanding of the urgency in meeting goals are facilitated through intentional programming and care for employees. The goal of cultivating EdPlus as an excellent place for smart people to contribute helps drive organizational success and ensures a great place to work.
Patricia is Associate Emerita at ASU. With an extensive background in higher education and having participated in numerous transformational education programs, she possesses a solid understanding of how universities work. Patricia Feldman was named the first Chief Culture Officer at ASU and remains dedicated to developing values and habits that support the work being done and leads the team towards exceptional completion of promises.
Patricia earned her B.S. and M.Ed. degrees from Colorado State University in Human Development and Adult and Community Education. She also holds a doctorate in Higher Education from ASU, with certificates in Global, Lifelong and Continuing Education from Harvard University, the University of London and New York University.
