As director of strategy for Student Success Innovations, David is responsible for shaping and advancing strategies that promote student success and a university-wide culture of care. As part of that work, he leads planning, program management, and business analysis for student service initiatives in the Academic Enterprise, including technologies like the Salesforce Service Cloud, the ASU Mobile App, and the E2E appointment scheduling application. His team also provides consultative, analytical support to a variety of technologies that support the student experience, like Salesforce Knowledge and Sunny, ASU's chatbot.
David began his career at Arizona State University in University Housing in 2009 and has since served as special assistant in the Office of the University Provost, planning analyst, program manager for the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, and senior planning analyst. He is also a proud Sun Devil; David received his B.S. in economics from ASU in 2010.
