Kim Prendergast joined the University Audit and Advisory Services
Department in July 2013. She brings more than twenty years of auditing
and budget experience at the federal, state, and local level.
University Audit and Advisory Services provides objective,
independent evaluation of University operations and finances that are
responsive to the University's stakeholders. The department
offers in-depth, customer-focused audit engagements,
state-of-the-art management reviews, and interactive educational
programs to University departments.
Kim graduated from Arizona State University in 1990 with a Bachelor
of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant, a
Certified Internal Auditor, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She
received her Master of Business Administration from City University in 1993.
Kim is affiliated with the Phoenix Chapter of the Association of
Government Accountants.
