Pam is the Assistant Director of Outgoing Transcripts in University Registrar Services. She is here to assist the ASU community successfully fulfilling the vision and mission of Arizona State University by providing assistance with ordering ASU transcripts and processing name changes for students. She values customer service and strives to provide creative solutions to problems while helping students achieve their educational dreams.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Library and Information Technology from the University of Maine at Augusta and a Master's Degree in Library Science from Texas Woman’s University. Prior to joining ASU University Registrar Services, Pam worked at the Phoenix Public Library.
