Rhea Duncan

Rhea Duncan is a Program Manager who works on the Career Management & Student Engagement teams at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with undergraduate and Specialized Master’s students.  With over 15 years of experience working and teaching in a university setting, Rhea is passionate about building students’ professional capabilities and believes in the potential of students to become the next leaders in business.  Rhea is skilled in career management strategy, student leadership development through a holistic approach, and is a strong advocate for first-generation and underrepresented students.  She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and holds a B.S. in Family and Human Development and a M.Ed. in Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
