Rhea Duncan holds a BS in family and human development and an MEd in educational administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. As a program manager for the enrollment and engagement team at the W. P. Carey School, she creates leadership and engagement opportunities for business students at the ASU West Valley campus. She also partners with the School of Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (TIE) and the Center for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (CSMB) to provide students with real-world experiential learning opportunities and internship projects that assist SMBs.
With over 15 years of experience working and teaching in universities, she has served thousands of undergraduate students. Rhea specializes in holistic student leadership development and career management strategy and strongly advocates for first-generation and underrepresented students. She forms meaningful connections with students through coaching and classroom instruction and empowers them to develop strong professional and leadership skills.
